1. 개인정보의 처리 목적 'Tesla Viewer' (이하 '본 앱')는 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집, 저장, 가공, 전송하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 오프라인 환경에서 작동하며, 사용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 보호합니다.

2. 요구하는 권한 및 목적 본 앱은 다음과 같은 기기 권한만을 제한적으로 요구합니다.

• 저장소 접근 권한 (USB 및 로컬 저장소): 사용자가 연결한 USB 플래시 드라이브 또는 스마트폰 내부 저장소에 위치한 테슬라 블랙박스(TeslaCam) 영상 파일을 읽고 재생하기 위한 필수 목적(Read-only)으로만 사용됩니다. 영상 파일 및 주행 데이터는 외부 서버로 절대 전송되지 않으며, 오직 사용자의 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁 본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 제3자에게 데이터를 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하는 일 또한 일절 발생하지 않습니다.

4. 외부 분석 도구 및 광고 본 앱은 현재 사용자의 사용 패턴을 추적하는 외부 애널리틱스 도구(Analytics)를 사용하지 않습니다. (추후 광고가 탑재될 경우, 구글 애드몹(AdMob) 등 광고 제공자가 비식별화된 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 이 경우 본 방침을 업데이트하여 고지하겠습니다.)

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information 'Tesla Viewer' (hereinafter referred to as the 'App') does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal information of the user. The App operates in an offline environment, prioritizing the protection of user privacy.

2. Required Permissions and Purpose The App strictly requests only the following device permissions:

• Storage Access (USB and Local Storage): Used exclusively for the essential purpose (Read-only) of reading and playing Tesla Dashcam (TeslaCam) video files located on a USB flash drive or the smartphone's internal storage connected by the user. Video files and driving data are never transmitted to external servers and are processed solely within the user's device.

3. Provision and Delegation of Personal Information to Third Parties Since the App does not collect personal information, there is absolutely no provision of data to third parties or delegation of processing.

4. External Analytics Tools and Advertising The App does not currently use external analytics tools that track user usage patterns. (If advertising is integrated in the future, advertising providers such as Google AdMob may collect de-identified device information. In such cases, this policy will be updated and notified.)
